Key Responsibilities:

Provide project planning to the research team.

Create, maintain, and execute project plans to ensure that programs are driven to completion.

Provide strategic, technical, and operational project management leadership and support to cross-departmental teams for multiple projects or programs of moderate to high complexity.

Independently apply expertise to drive the development and implementation of new and unique technologies and projects.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Animal Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Pharmacology or related discipline.
- Extensive experience in animal behavior testing, animal modeling, biomedical and drug development.
- Experience and ability to develop, design and optimize new test solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.
