The fear conditioning test is considered to be a classic model for simulated evaluation of intrusive memories of traumatic events. In addition, it can evaluate the characteristics of different stages of fear memory, providing researchers with a good tool for precise evaluation of disease occurrence and drug action characteristics.
Our company has an experienced behavioral testing team. We can develop reasonable test protocols and test indicators according to our customers' research requirements, and provide them with scientific and reliable experimental results to help them make progress in their research of related diseases.
The fear conditioning test is an experimental method established according to the principle of conditioned reflex. Rodents tend to remain in a static defensive posture, i.e., freezing, when they are afraid. The fear conditioning test exploits this habit of rodents by repeatedly associating conditioned stimuli with unconditioned stimuli to produce a stable conditioned fear memory in the animal. This test can reflect the persistence of long-term or short-term fear memories under conditional signals.
Experimental animals were exposed to a foot shock environment paired with an acoustic signal stimulus.
Without giving stimulation, the experimental animals were placed in the training phase to test their fear of the environment.
After changing the light source, background noise, and other environmental information in the experimental setup, or cleaning the experimental chamber, the degree of conditioned fear of the experimental animals to the modified chamber was observed.

Our company has a full suite of video tracking software and data analysis systems dedicated to providing scientifically reliable experimental results for our customers. In the data analysis session of the fear conditioning test, we perform a repeated measures one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) for each of the different stagnation test scores to compare the degree of conditioned fear between association and change of association or auditory cues, and determine the differences between groups.
Our company offers professional one-stop services from experimental design to results analysis to bring breakthroughs to your research. We guarantee on-time delivery of test results. If you need, you can contact us at any time.
