Job Description

Protheragen is in search of sales managers who can effectively promote and facilitate the sales of research services on mitochondrial diseases and related gene-based, protein-based, cell-based, organism-based, or drug-based research services. Prospective candidates with no work experience are welcome.


Responsibilities
  • Drive the sales linked to the service provided for the research of mitochondrial disorders.
  • Evaluate the productivity of the sales force and guarantee the realization of the established plans.
  • Search, develop, and nurture relationships with both potential and existing clients through proactive queries.
  • Resolve and eliminate challenges that obstruct the initiation of new sales programs.
  • Appropriately integrate service, consulting, and marketing analysis within sales to coordinate sales operations activities.
  • Work with other departments to encourage productive use of internal resources.
  • Work proactively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment whilst being focused and professional.

Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in cell and molecular biology or biochemistry preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields is also acceptable.
  • Familiar with mitochondrial diseases research and consulting work.
  • Possesses great potential of succeeding in the sales of mitochondrial diseases research services.
  • Demonstrated strong entrepreneurial traits, cooperative actions, and excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Possesses great interpersonal, telephonic, presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in working in a team.
