Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Clearly, concisely, and accurately convey product/service information according to customer needs.
- Sales of gene therapy-related products.
- Working independently to develop new leads and opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with customers and establish trust-based relationships with new customers to win new business in the rare disease therapy industry.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in molecular biology, cellular biology, genomics, immunology, or related fields.
- Previous successful field sales experience to academic institutions or biotechnology companies is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong cooperative behavior across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in a teamwork selling environment and maintaining good working relationships within the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, written, and other communication skills.

Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and formulate project objectives, strategic plans, and project quotations related to the development of rare disease therapies.
- Lead and coordinate laboratory members to execute project plans to ensure that programs are driven to completion.
- Independently apply expertise to drive the development and implementation of new and unique technologies and projects.
- Update customers regularly with support from the sales team.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in molecular biology, cellular biology, genomics, immunology, or related fields.
- Rich experience (at least 3 years) in biochemical CRO/CMO companies.
- Experience in supervising or participating in projects related to genetics and gene therapy projects is preferred.
- Possess extensive development expertise in all aspects of genetic and rare disease therapy development.
- Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.

Research Scientist
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain project schedules to support preclinical discovery across a portfolio of gene therapy projects.
- Lead early scientific research on new gene editing and gene delivery strategies.
- Lead preclinical analysis development programs in in vitro and in vivo studies.
- Supervise the development of rare disease models and analytical assays.
- Supervise and train technicians as required.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in molecular biology, cellular biology, genomics, immunology, or related fields.
- Extensive knowledge of genetics and gene therapy.
- Deep knowledge of gene editing, gene delivery, and gene therapy and more than 3 years of industry experience.
- Leadership experience.
- Excellent technical document presentation and project report writing skills.

Biotechnology Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a variety of innovative technologies and strategies for gene therapy.
- Prepare technical documents, including standard operating procedures (SOP), protocols, and reports.
- Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
- Support patent application and registration.
- Contribution to preclinical strategy, vision, and operations.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in molecular biology, cellular biology, genomics, immunology, or related fields.
- More than 3 years of industry experience in the development of genetic disease therapy from design to preclinical testing.
- Ability to quickly learn, develop, optimize, validate, and execute new analyses.
- Extensive experience in drafting detailed experimental plans.
