Our group companies. our subsidiaries (i.e. any organization we own or control) or our holding company or ultimate holding company (i.e. any organization that owns or controls us) and any subsidiaries they own. These funds are occasionally dependent upon Protheragen complying with the reporting requirements of the investor or contributor. If you participate in these services, your information may be included in these reports. When appropriate and practical, we will tell you the names of investors and contributors associated with these products and services, as well as what data and information we may need to share with them, in the registration process.
